I’m a technical writer and new mom to a little boy. I’ve been working for software companies in the Southern California area for over 10 years, and I’ve dedicated my career to bridging the gap between products and customers.

I studied Cultural Anthropology at the University of Redlands, which set me on a path to seeing things from the context-based human perspective.
